Location: Ocean County, New Jersey
Basic Specs: 2,144 SQF two-story duplex, comprised of five modular boxes // Two units: The first has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and in-unit laundry, while the second has two bedrooms, 3 full baths, a den, and in-unit laundry.
This prefabricated multi-family home was built in our Moosic, PA, factory and set on the New Jersey Shore. Each unit contains two bedrooms, ideal for an investment property, a vacation home, or an airbnb rental.
Each unit within the duplex has a spacious open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room, perfect for large family meals and board game nights while on vacation.
A short walk from both the ocean and the bay, this beach haven maximizes its prime location by offering two units with plenty of room for entertaining. Private entrances are accessed via separate front porches, but the units also contain secondary entrances through the kitchen.
Upstairs, the four bedrooms boast individual closets for unpacking luggage before heading to the beach. The larger of the two units boasts three full baths, as well as a spacious den providing flexibility for visitors or a growing family.
