This six-story mixed-use development spans an impressive 48,605 square feet and was prefabricated using 110 custom designed modules. Each module was fabricated off-site in our state-of-the-art facility, ensuring quality control, reduced construction waste, and a faster build timeline—key advantages that set modular construction apart from traditional methods.

Once completed, these modules were seamlessly assembled on-site to create a sophisticated modular apartment building that offers 60 modern apartments, including a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The design caters to a diverse range of residents, from millennials seeking vibrant urban living to empty-nesters looking for convenience and luxury. Below the residential floors, The Huguenot features a parking garage and retail space, adding functionality and contributing to New Rochelle’s growing downtown arts district.
