From small towns to big cities, prefab home construction is becoming more and more popular in the Keystone State. Take a look at five modular home companies that are building contemporary, prefabricated homes.

Signature Building Systems is a locally owned, custom modular home manufacturer that has more than 20 years of experience in home building, with over 4,500 homes built. Their manufacturing plant in Moosic, Pennsylvania, is their site of production of the modular units, where everything from precision framing tables and modern cutting equipment is used to create pre-fit sections, roof panels, and components on every home.
