Signature Building Systems Honored by National Awards Program
Signature Building Systems received the 2021 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence in two categories, presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) Building Systems Councils (BSC). We were also honored with two runner-up awards, or entries of distinction. Our company was honored on March 4 during a virtual awards ceremony hosted by the NAHB.
Since 1986, the BSC’s awards program has promoted excellence in systems-built housing. Front-runners in the industry are honored annually for their unique systems-built housing designs and innovative marketing strategies.
“Facing unprecedented challenges, this year’s winners did a tremendous job developing top-notch marketing campaigns and homes over the past 12 months,” said 2021 BSC Chairman, Brian Sielaff. “Offsite construction is an increasingly important part of the home building industry, and these projects showcase the best in systems-built housing.”
The annual Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence are judged by an independent panel of industry experts. Recipients were recognized for excellence in achievement in a range of categories such as informative and well-designed websites, along with floor plan designs categorized by systems-built type and square footage.
