Signature's final Home of the Month of 2021 is this Jersey Shore beauty, a two-story home designed for family living. Its classically chic exterior features white trim, shake siding, and lush window boxes adorning double-hung Andersen windows. Outdoor entertainment spaces include the welcoming front porch and a rear deck.

The first floor consists of an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room, with an adjacent den/bedroom and a full bath. The homeowners also included a first-floor laundry room for added convenience.

This home has been tastefully decorated with a designer’s eye, putting the finishing touches on customizations drafted in our collaborative floor plans. Rattan bar stools accompany the quartz island, which is painted a warm grey to elegantly contrast the kitchen’s white shaker cabinets.
