Signature's January Home of the Month is a two-story modular floor plan reminiscent of a farmhouse, with modern amenities that elevate it beyond current trends. Shiplap detailing, wooden open shelving, and large white windows emphasize the design theme throughout the home.
Upon entering this house, visitors are greeted by a spacious open floor plan, with a fireplace and a modern white kitchen as focal points. A glistening eight-foot island anchors the eat-in kitchen, providing an abundance of additional storage, while a full dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. Matte black and gold fixtures are found throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, modernizing the farmhouse look.
Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 5'x8' laundry room are located upstairs, each brightened by natural light throughout the day. The master suite includes a large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom accessible via pocket door.
