We selected this 5-bedroom home in Union County, NJ, as our February Home of the Month for its robust floor plan and beautiful finish work. This prefabricated home was built in our Moosic, PA, factory and assembled on-site. The 5-bedroom floor plan would be ideal for a single-family home, a vacation property, or an airbnb rental.

In addition to its spacious open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room, it includes multiple outdoor spaces to host friends and family.

The modern colonial is bathed in natural light, warming the high ceilings and hardwood floors found throughout the home. The stunning kitchen is replete with white cabinets and stainless steel appliances, as well as a large island and a walk-in pantry.
