This two-story modular duplex in Fairfield County, CT, is our May 2021 Home of the Month. Optimizing space within its wide lot, the multi-family home is comprised of eight modular boxes custom-designed for apartment or condominium living.

The exterior features gabled porticos, mahogany front doors with matching sidelights, and double-hung Andersen windows. Inside each unit, the main floor boasts amenities atypical of multi-family buildings, including 10' ceilings, 8' doors, and radiant heat throughout.

The kitchen's Viking appliances and quartz countertops elevate the space, elegantly complementing the white cabinetry and stone backsplash.
