The Modular Home Builders Association recognizes a different home each month, highlighting outstanding modular projects among MHBA members. The Home of the Month Showcase culminates in an annual competition, offering the previous year’s winners an opportunity to compete for Home of the Year, presented at the MHBA Awards Dinner in October.

This past year, Signature Building Systems achieved Home of the Month honors in October 2020 and June 2021, meaning two of our homes are eligible to win Home of the Year in the over 2,500 sq. ft. category.

Voting for MHBA’s Home of the Year is now open through September 9th!

Our company was honored to win Home of the Month twice, and we are excited for the opportunity to compete for Home of the Year against the beautiful homes created by our fellow MHBA members.
